Cancellations, No-Shows and Late ARRIVAL

I do understand that life happens, and will take into account any emergencies, or last-minute rescheduling issues or illness. This is Seattle so please allow yourself extra transit time for traffic. If you are late for your appointment know that if I am able, I will try to make up the time.

This accommodation is not always possible and your treatment may need to be condensed. You will be charged the full amount for the service you scheduled. If you do need to cancel or change any appointment, please call or text 206-963-5045.

Services

Appointments are like contracts. I agree to reserve time to treat you, and you are agreeing to show up to the appointment you scheduled. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment are subject to 50% of the cost of your scheduled appointment. Customers who No Show, or cancel same day are subject to pay 100% of their full appointment cost. Three no-shows may result in termination of care.

Refunds

Unused and unopened products may be returned within 2 weeks of purchase for a full refund. Please call ahead to arrange a time, no walk in’s please.

Covid Procedures

• I am fully vaccinated and boosted against Covid 19.

• All clients must self-screen for illness before arriving to an appointment. If you are experiencing fever, sore throat, or cough you will need to call me and we will reschedule your appointment.

• I will use all appropriate PPE such as gloves and masks.

• I have allotted extra time between clients to increase cleaning measures.

In an effort to maintain the tranquility of the studio, please silence your cell phone prior to your treatment.
